Principals
David W. Hagen
David has over twenty-five years of construction experience, including work in construction of clean power systems. His involvement started with the initial concept and continues thru construction to successful startup. Responsibilities include site analysis and acquisition, zoning and permitting, infrastructure development, local ordinance compliance and the selection of engineering and construction firms. Mr. Hagen’s employment history includes positions with General Electric, Paine Webber, American Solar Control, Equitable, and his own construction company. David received his Bachelors of Science in Economics from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana, and he traces his lineage to Great Uncle Jim Gately, the City of Chicago's Park Commissioner for many years.Hoyt E. Hoyt Hudson contributes executive leadership, information
technology expertise, and entrepreneurship know-how to the CCE team,
bringing 12 years of C-level experience. His current work focuses
on developing the next generation of energy, focusing on jobs,
environment, and national security. He also champions the
environmental aspects of the project, including the continued
reduction of particulates, mercury and greenhouse gas emissions and
options for CO2 sequestration from the plant. He earlier co-founded
InterAccess, a Midwestern Internet Service Provider, in 1993, which
became the first company in the US to offer commercial DSL Internet
access. Mr. Hudson has a BS from the California Institute of
Technology.
